Samoyed

These dogs are considered to be a very ancient breed of dog. These dogs were said to have lived with the hunters as well as the fisher men in Siberia. These hunters and the fishermen were called by the name “Samoyeds”, and thus, this is how thee dogs get their name. These dogs were considered as a working breed of dogs. These dogs were used by these Samoyed people for many reasons; some of them were for the purpose of pulling the sleds, for the purpose of guarding their property and also for the purpose of herding the rein deer. These dogs are also said to have slept next to the people for the purpose of keeping them warm during the cold nights.

These dogs were later, in the year of 1889, brought to England by a breeder named Robert Scott. It was here in England that these dogs were developed and then spread to the rest of the world. These dogs have a very compact body. Their compact body as equally muscular in nature as well. They have a broad head. Their broad head is shaped quite like we wedge and is also a little crowned in shape and in nature. They have a muzzle that is in perfect proportion with the rest of the head has well as with the rest of the body. Their proportional muzzle is slightly tapering towards the nose in nature; their muzzle comes to a very well defined, clear, and soft yet an abrupt stop. Their nose color may be black or sometimes may even be liver in color are even brow color in nature. Their lips are generally black in color.

Their teeth generally tend to meet to form a scissor bite. They have a pair of almond shaped eyes. These almond shaped eyes are set quite wide apart from each other. These eyes have a [air of lower lids that are slightly slanting in nature. These are also quite deeply set in to their skulls. These eyes are underlined by darkly colored rims. They have a pair of erect ears. Their ears are triangular in shape. They are also slightly rounded in shape. They have a moderately long tail which is covered with a lot of feather. They are usually carried rolled over their backs. They have very solid legs. They also have very flat feet. These animals are double coated animals. They have a very harsh outer coat. Their coat tends to stand straight out and not be wavy in nature.

These dogs are very gentle in nature. They are said to be very devoted to their owners and be very loyal as well. These dogs are very friendly and also very playful in nature. These dogs tend to love each and everyone around them. These dogs cannot be used as watch dogs because of the fact that they are very friendly with everyone, even the intruders. These dogs have a very high level of intelligence. These dogs are very adaptable in nature and will very willingly and happily adapt to the family life.
